GVEC did not have a patent in Europe. They do now. It did not make the Dow Jones News Wire for two reasons (1.) it didn't have any numbers in the release (2.) it was released on Monday when all the stuff hit the fam. You can see the release on PR Newswire page. Yahoo Finance etc.
