Oh bummer! Where are the great declines in commercial real estate that were and are being predicted? We still have not experienced them as yet. They are , I am afraid to say, just beginning. At our local mall The Ground Round which has been in the mall since it opened just closed last week along with the jewelry store Zales. As the entertainer Al Jolson used to say "you ain't seen nothing yet". There isn't any rally as sharp as a rally in a bear market. When all the analyst say the new bull market has begun sell everything. The reality is this is going to be worst than anything you ever saw. I don't even think we can depend on a world war to get is out of the mess we are in. Can you imagine what a world war in this day and age would look like. Do you think Saddam Hussein wouldn't have used chemical or atomic weapons if he had any? As the world ends you really want to be short everything. comrade chartseer
