Just look at the mess you've made with all that fussin'!! Here's my favorite pancake recipe: One cup of Safeway's version of Krusteze Pancake mix. And mine: One cup of Krusteaz Pancake mix (the original); Enough water to mix to right consistency; Cook until done. Eat! (actually - my favorite pancakes are made with Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix: 1 box Jiffy Mix (cost about $0.50); 1 egg; 2 TB oil. Add milk to mix to right consistency (I never measure). Cook. You will not be disappointed. As the Men's Wearhouse Guy says, "I guarantee it!")
