i think $2.3 million worth of options were exercised in Q2. look at their Q2 10Q or my prior post asking whether it was $2.3mm increase in shareholder equity via option exercise or a $2.8mm loss from stock buy back.

looks like they have NOT bought back stock, but have diluted shareholder value via lavish stock options.

stock split was sept 1995
