When this bill becomes law, we could well see something resembling the regs set out under the Internal Revenue Code -- with processes that are just as onerous for a person who is wronged by it to receive any "justice". I think this is the real reason we are seeing so much anger in the community. People have dealt with IRS, SSA, the Post Office, and every other government agency, and they do not want to deal with it for their health care.
