It's sure been awile since there was any activity on this thread. I became aware of ESTI through friends. I have been told that one of the principal developers of this laser procedure (the mechanical part - not the medical part) grew up here in our small town. He apparently became acquainted with lasers during his time in the military, and used this training to great ends.

There may not be much current interest, but in August the procedure called PTMR was used in the U.S. on a 41 year old female at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. The release of Sept 8,dealing with this event appears very encouraging.

Also, the company has now been allowed 9 patents related to the TMR and PTMR procedures and/or equipment. More patents are pending. Don't know where all of this will lead, but if FDA approval is granted for one or both of these procedures it certainly would appear to be a wonderful thing for patients and shareholders.
