You are right. While the 99 idea is great, I too feel that the 99s are like stocks that run the race. They are likely to slowing up. According to Oneal's book, the 87s are likely to be the ones to take off more than the 99s.

As I read all the responses and proposals, I remembered the same thing from the Book by Oneal.

I will be interesting to see what the 99 port folio will bring.
