RW, > House... well there is section 8 housing but it's mostly really crummy apartments. It works but it's got a really, really long wait. Very limited funds so it should probably be expanded especially in this environment. I would be OK with a government program that provides crummy health insurance with really long wait times for people who otherwise can't afford it. (And I don't even think it needs to be that crummy ...) It all depends on where you set the baseline and how much funding is available. Tenchusatsu
