There is a growing sense of a “we’ve been had”, bait-and-switch. Millions of moderate Republicans, independents, and conservative Democrats—apparently angry at Bush for Iraq and big deficits, unimpressed by the McCain campaign, intrigued by the revolutionary idea of electing an African-American president—voted for Obama on the assumption that he was sincere about ending red state/blue state animosity. They took him at his word that he was going to end out of control federal spending. They trusted that he had real plans to get us out of the economic doldrums, and that he was not a radical tax-and-spend liberal of the old sort.

LOL. I stopped reading right here. Obama has appointed more Rs to his administration than any Dem president in the past. He has repeatedly reached out to the Rs in a conciliatory manner. He has met with Rs repeatedly in the Oval office. Had them over for beers and a game.

And what has he gotten back.....NADA. The tantrums of children, posters of him salivating over a Saudi gemstone, a depiction of him looking like Hitler, R brownshirts at town hall meetings intended to talk about health care reform, etc.

Your pundits are FOS like most wingers and they keep feeding you lies and you all lap them up like good little children.

When will you all grow up, and do your own thinking?
