The web is full of "useful" health advice and products from people who know a very little about medicine. Much of it is wrong, and some is actually dangerous. One area where the BS is particularly thick is the immune system. There are all sorts of quacks selling stuff that will "boost" or "strengthen" your immune system. This is definitely a topic where Pope's warning applies.

I didn't mean to imply that Elmat is in this category, though. He's obviously picked up some valid ideas, but there are gaps, and often what he knows tends to get mixed up with his nationalistic prejudices, making some of his utterances rather questionable.
