Can Word crash Windows 95? It can, but it's a lot harder. Can Word crash NT? I
doubt it, unless there was a bug in the kernel, which is possible. Can Word crash
another program running on NT? It could, but not by messing with something in it's
process space.


So will you agree when this does happen, it is the fault of the OS
and should have NOTHING TO DUE with the software running on top?

The whole concept of an Operating System is that it OPERATES. When
it crashes or degrades (memory leaks) this is POOR QUALITY just like
the engine in your car.

Do we need to start a thread called:

"Microcrap products - post your favorite crash"
