I read an article a few days ago in Fortune magazine (I think) on day trading at these firms. It seems that it is very addictive but you burn out very fast and in the long run you don't make much. It seems that 2/3 of any profit you make ends up paying for commission. It would probably be less stressful and more profitable to buy into a mutual fund and hold for the long term. Matthew
