Selling should bring a tax loss which I believe is better than continuing to hold this stock. I listened to their conference call and I don't have too much faith in this company. Revenue forecast of $12 million in the first fiscal year of combined operations. What a joke. How much earnings can generated off that base. This company keeps making promises and never delivers.
