like our current system which rewards doctors with fat incomes , if they are specialists, and makes insurance execs and big pharma and hospital company execs rich on the backs of the sick and unhealthy is a rational societal choice. wonder why we are at the top in costs and the bottom in outcomes and wonder why costs are accelerating? It is because our system worries about profit first and people later and anything to change that is going to be demonized .
