Yes, I have, but I've also heard that was an exaggeration. I guess you and the Congress don't have the time or inclination to read the 1,000 page bill. But hey, lets vote it through just because... I guess it'll be like the "Stimulus" (Porkulus) bill - not read and no one really knows what it contains.
