They've tried some stuff, the "tea parties" that got laughed off the stage, etc. This is their first effort that got any traction. As for the "mobs" anger, they've been whipped up by (R) lies and distortions. They had a lot of anger anyway, because they're bitter losers, so, it didn't take much. I am not sure these 'mobs' are getting traction. I think Obama et al are letting them spin during August when everyone is on vacation and people aren't paying too much attention. Come Sept. I think he starts the full court press. Either these people will be gone by then or will be so discredited no one will pay much attention to them......much like with the tea baggers. When you think about it, all these people have are their anger and while that's intimidating at first, it soon becomes a paper tiger. Do you disagree?
