No, this claim I can't mock your goofy statements unless I get the quote word for word exact is bull. Just like when you claimed you didn't say "poor American" because you actually said "someone without insurance with limited funds" instead. You allowed as how it would be reasonable for poor people to travel to Cuba to get health care. Say you have $5K in the bank. And you need a surgery that costs $20K in the US and costs $4K, including transportation and lodging, in CUBA. Are you stupid to consider Cuba?
