Winer, very nice posting by Mr. Lowe. I can vouch for many of his statements regarding INCO. I always had wondered why almost all previous CEO's of INCO were X-U.S.-Secretary-of-the-Navy people; now, thanx to you I have an idea <grin>. FYI--When, INCO's chief geophysicist and geologists first showed up at Voisey's Bay in May, 1995, I asked them: "Where the F___ have you guys been???" They claimed they thought we (i.e., Diamond Fields) had been drilling "down-dip" holes--I laughed at them, then I asked "How does INCO drill "down-dip" on 50 meter centers in two directions??? The INCO dudes did not like me much then, ha, ha. Good Luck, T.
