Effective this week, we will be opening a file for individual Investors who would like to register thier shares ownership in Cree as a formality to some other pending actions.
The process is simple, send via PM your share count and the length of time your shares have been held. If you are uncomfortable within SI PM, send the information to DVDMOGUL1@yahoo.com the subject line must state
CREE COUNT PARTICIPATION.
No exceptions or deviations, please.
Cree is operating above its legal authorized outstanding. Share owners have been churned by trading programs that relied partially on the fact that broker dealers were not locating CREE shares, which were routinely bought and sold.
This has enabled these same programs to install the trading range that has been, for the last many years.
I have documented on my SI Blog my interest in the general subject, that blog is available by clicking on my identity.
Please do not post information to that thread, it is a collection of information that is germane to only the subject matters researched therein, and not specific to CREE.
From this process of gathering information, we will complete a profile of CREE's individual investor ownership.

If you would like to participate in this discovery, please PM me with your share information, report only the amount of shares held for long term.
What you report will be held in strict confidence, your information will not be disclosed to any person or entity. Upon completion of the initial studies worthiness, participants will be notified and informed of the options for participating further in this effort should there be any future evolution.
This first pass is to collect share counts by individual. For now, screen names can suffice use SI PM. Future requests might include requests for information about the location of your shares, its custodians, or we may make formal requests for opinions about the duration of your holdings, your real names and proof of your ownership.
This process is to align individual investors with market realities with respect to CREE, and its past many years of trading.

This inquiry is being undertaken on behalf of investors who intend to hold CREE shares for some considerable time.
