I do know a bit of his theories in the Art of war. Sun Tzu would never have bothered himself with Iraq for many reasons:

Russia and China are real enemies. Iraq was never any threat to our entire country. It was never more than a brush fire. To bush it seemed like a forest fire.

Bush paid no attention to Russia and China. Huge military mistake.

Bush expended trillions and wore down our army and national guard and all the equipment to the point where we did not even have reserves when we neeeded them in afghanistan. We were almost routed by the Taliban!

And sitting on the ridge like great cave bears watching Bush expend his army and equipment on a nothing army, is CHINA AND RUSSIA! With a wry smile, they look at each other and lick their chops.

Sure, Sun TZU would wear down his army against an enemy he doesn't even need to worry about with two cave bears at his rear.
