The answer to this question is simple. He wants to surpass FDR's flood of legislation. It is all a game to him. Like Kerry collecting medals any way he could. He knows any bill that has a public option can be used to destroy the system as it is and create the need for dependency on the government for even simple healthcare.

I just don't get it. Why the insane rush to pass a bill, any bill, in three weeks?
