survey .... in which insurers were asked for some of the highest bills submitted to them in 2008. Submitted? Did any of those bills get paid "as submitted"? No doubt the answer is no. Not to say that overcharging does not occur, but a study like this reveals more about the "researchers" then about their subject. It's getting nasty out there.
