Hello Don, what other revenues are there ? I don't believe NOVL is as well diversified as other high tech copmanies such as IBM or MSFT.

NOVL revenues come from:

a) sales of IntraNetWare
b) sales of BorderManager
c) potential sales from MOAB

Groupwise and Mangewise are generating didly squat in my opinion.
Other income may come from investment income but with recent failures
in these areas, NOVL management does not have the expertise.

In your opinion as a NOVL insider, what is the feeling of where the company is heading given that it was once the dominant in its field ?
To tell us that the future is bright is not what shareholders want to hear not what the street wants to hear either. We want to know what is happening today ?

That is a tough question to answer. The Dr. has no answer in my opinion and that is the nightmare we all face.

I vote my shares for a takeover in the $10 - $12 1/2 range. I doubt even if the shares do get to that point on a technical basis, that they will maintain the level for long. I think we will be back to $8 in no time.

I see the future of NOVL as very bleak.
