Page 16 says any changes in the policy, what it covers or who it covers voids your membership and you must then join the Gubmint plan. Any change in out of pocket such as Co-pay and you lose it. They didn't mention births, however, I believe "any" covers that ;^)

If you marry, you may not add your wife/husband to the policy or you lose it.

It is all pretty simple. The yearly changes in policy statements that all insurers mail to you yearly will bounce you out of the private system.
