I heard the Prez let another one go recently.... He said (paraphrasing) that these days parents bring a child to a Pediatrician, and the Doc looks into the fee schedule and figures he'll get paid better if he does a tonsillectomy. Something along those lines.

Sounds to me like this was another "Cambridge police" moment. He must have pissed off every Pediatrician, and every parent who ever dealt with a Pediatrician who they happened to like.

Not so easy to be a politician these days.... Now and then people actually demand that you read bills and generally know WTF you're talking about. (edit - the way you and I are expected to know our jobs)
