People that were poor borrowing big sums of money were living high on the hog in which they should have never been.

Every been poor? Mom and Dad couldn't help if they wanted.
You work for what you get and don't spend and borrow on which you cannot re-pay your debt.

Ask your parents about the 30's someday and they will tell you the same thing of what they had and didn't have.How they worked and saved there money and only bought what they could afford.Same goes for today
