Are you aware of the lawsuit against IPMCF alleging salting of 121
diamond drill cores on their Blackrock Property? People don't take that stuff to court lightly. In the Statement of fact an anti-trust
class action lawsuit called their (IPMCF) activity "almost wholly criminal". Strong stuff. Must have some kind of evidence to say that before a judge.

Looks to be bad day at Black Rock coming up.

Co-defendants in this suit are named 27 market makers who are accused
of wash trading for their own profit and thereby creating a constructive trust and fraud.

Precedent for this kind of suit winning in court is the Windfall Oil and Gas suit by Noranda mines against Viola MaMillan. Noranda a won.
Viola did jail time. (1967)

Note: the following one paragraph is a reference to the historic Windfall case that captured the attention of the nation in 1967.

"That was in Canada. The SEC is even tougher. Unassayable core turned
up in court with a friend of mine testifying as to its lack of versimiltude to anything economic. He is a geologist."

(K.H Darke is the geologist in question who testified for the prosecution. )

Concerning IPMCF:

Salting? There must be evidence of it. FM labs? Loa Duri revisited?
