Add the following post to the original video of Elizabeth Warren I linked in which she discusses commercial RE problems and their effect on financials between 2010 and 2012: Message 25841086 Residential and commercial RE in the US are still in very big trouble. And it is not getting better. And there are no prospects for it getting better for at least 3 years. We are in a bear market rally. When the unresolved difficulties with RE and their effect on financials are recognized, the rally will be over on an almost immediate basis. This is why I hold no equities and don't mind sitting out the rally.
