Big difference... right now, if you have the coverage, you get the treatment your doctor prescribes... with the death panel, the government would decide whether or not you're worth living before they approve of some procedure, you have no policy, you're always at the mercy of the government to decide whether you get anything more than a red sugar pill... did you read the article?
