The difference is if it is the short form similar to what BO had on his website, then that doesn't prove a hospital birth. Instead it proves that his mother lied about him being born in a hospital. It then raises questions about Scenario A, which is 1. Why lie about it to begin with 2. Where was he born exactly....a zillion questions. 3. BO refuses to get a copy a release it or have HI release it with his authorization...that raises even more questions.
