As with many pumped subs and pennies, it takes a long to to get rid of the original shell-selling, wheeler-dealer 'gimme-shares' / 'dumpo-slime', before these companies can make any real progress or get bought out or assimilated by somebody who can really make it happen with the tech they've discovered. O/T: NNVC was an exception going from 0.20+/- to over $3 then setlling in the $1's, when it got bogged down in R&D instead of production and sales. And, it may be followed soon by CTIX that involves lots of the same medical and managament staff - dealing with some potentially efficacious remedies.
