<I learned a valuable and hard lesson about arrogance in thinking I understood what was going on with a company when I really had no clue.>

While we all have paid some expensive tuition here, notwithstanding the absence of any criminal or civil prosecution, the fact remains that we were all deceived and misled. When you rely on the financials and PR's of a company that later says those can no longer be relied upon, there's not a lot we could have done about it beyond not having been overweighted in the issue. It is apparent to me now that shorts had to have had an inside pipeline that let them know of the scam in the works.

It is still mind boggling to me that no one in the company has been civilly or criminally prosecuted by any regulatory authority.
