We hear little about Michelle's mother. Not unusal for a Mother to be the Grandmother and take care of the grandchildren in these times. Rarely do they get paid----it's like "Oh Mom I want to continue working, can you take care of the children etc." Have a friend who is doing precisely that while taking care of her own parents---of course gratis.
