I can't really follow this post. Are you saying that biology is an Anglo science? That is certainly not true, any more than any other science is Anglo. Actually all science is international now. It's true that almost all science communication is in English, but that doesn't determine the content. What do you mean a new science is needed? A science that studies biological phenomena will be ... biology.
