On March 17, 2003, he went to Hayward's house where there was a confrontation and Walker shot Hayward five times.

He obviously committed First Degree Murder and should have been given life in prison with 25 years before parole. Since they gave him a slap on the wrist, it should be the Crown appealing the sentence. He picked up a gun and went to kill someone. The man is a stone cold killer and should have been executed, not coddled in a Canadian Prison.
