If Bush or Cheney had come up against that they would have just crawled away Other than your political bias, where in the hell did you come up with that opinion? Bush handled the shoe throwing incident with calm and grace. I remember W telling a person in the audience "I get it, I'm not your guy". Whether you like it or not, Bush was a man of character and fairly at ease with who he was/is.
