Shane and all others: (If ?????) LSI's management believes strongly
in the long term prospects of the company why don't they increase the current line of credit in Japan, currently approx 180 million, and use
the proceeds to purchase stock in the open market ? The line of credit is denominated in yen and the interest rate is likely 1 or 1 1/2% . The currency risk should be minimal given that a significant
portion of LSI's revenues are denominated in yen. The risk of higher interest rates in Japan in the near to intermediate future are minimal. Thanks for your comments. Any info on existing stock buyback
program. Cramer on CNBC this morning noted that a raft of companies
were actively buying back stock yesterday.
