I'm an expat. Left MTN twice out of frustration. MTN is a great company. No doubt about. What I had was a bad COO in Tehran which had a screwed up relationship with the local partners and -in the seocnd case- a cluess CTO.

As for work for Brazilians, ask me:
"Elmat why are you out of Brazil since 1983?". Come on. Ask me.
