Oh BTW you already own some CKFR thru Intuit....they hold 10.6 million of 54.7 million shares out....so it serves as an ace in the hole long term on this Intuit. With this deal Checkfree/Integrion/IBM have access to 75% of North American Households via their Banking Partners for E-Commerce....not bad for starters...
