Joe: I don't like feeding the guy anymore than anyone else. But it appeared that at least a couple of people thought that there might be something to this lawsuit crap. I just wanted people to know the source of the lawsuit. Actually, this could be a very creative tactic by the shorts. Hire a couple of "shallow pocket" nut cases to slander IPM, both on the internet and via a slanderous lawsuit. Hardly worth IPM's effort to sue these guys for slander. Meanwhile, the real source of this crap can get away with it with impunity.
