Yes, that's why there was monster 4-day Thanksgiving bounce.
The printing program was announced. It started in December.
I believe the size was 200 billion. In April it was upped to 1.5
Trillion or something. My memory is failing, ballpark numbers
only. And, I lost track when it went from 1.5T to current 1.75T.
