Hadn't paid attention to where the money comes from, but I will go back and check. I love the fact that we can actually get those kinds of questions answered.

I don't know what grade of asphalt they use on these roads, but they do take a beating.......especially in the winter. I believe studded tires should be outlawed. The tires they make today are great and work just fine in bad weather. The studs just destroy asphalt.

I also believe the only place the use actual concrete is on Interstate highways?
