"FWIW, caffeine also has a diuretic effect."

I seem to have more of a tolerance for coffee now, but used to I could drink a cup of coffee and almost have to run to the bathroom. I drink coffee mostly at work. After lunch in recent years though sometimes there's a couple of hours in the afternoon I feel like I'm having a narcoleptic attack and coffee helps me get through it.

I go back to work tomorrow. My daughter wants to see the new Harry Potter movie today.
