It wouldn't have been ended at all if Lincoln hadn't used the Emancipation Proclamation as a "political tool".

The Emancipation Proclamation DIDN'T end slavery.

The Thirteenth Amendment did.

You asked - "WHEN do you think slavery would have been abolished if we had depended on the "Amendment Process" to get it done if not for the Civil War??"

The answer? - 1865

Actually we DID have a form of slavery until 1964.

No we didn't. (At least not legal slavery in the US, it did exist elsewhere, and also people can illegal enslave people and perhaps get away with it for a time)

The courts AGREED with you that black people shouldn't be allowed the rights of white people.

1 - Asserting that I think the human rights of black people shouldn't be respected is foul calumny.

2 - The most famous civil rights related action of 1964 was a civil rights act. In other words a law passed by congress, not an action by an activist court.

They shouldn't be allowed to attend the same schools, they shouldn't be allowed to eat in the same public places, they shouldn't be allowed to vote.

Post civil war I don't think there where any court decisions supporting any of those ideas. Note that, for example, not imposing a process to provide strong protection for the right to vote for members of a certain group doesn't equal or even resemble asserting or imposing that they shouldn't be allowed to vote.
