proposal to change to a holding company w/ the $324M in losses phx.corporate-ir.net; I was looking at the losses per share (for instance the loss of a buck a share for the first half of this year) and it is strange that they've lost probably about a buck and a half a share since I bought this... for about a buck and a half a share. Hmmpf.
