OT. That was a different matter. There are laws and regulations regarding committee management and every federal agency has a committee management function to see to it that they are followed. That wasn't an innocuous meeting. There are protocols that weren't followed. So it was thuggery that violated law and regulation.

As far as I know there are no rules regarding pressuring among the various branches of government. So it's just ordinary thuggery. The same in spirit, but technically different.
