You seriously imagine that if you take profits OUT OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE TRADE (as in the US's experience with prohibition repeal, and the Netherlands and U.K. and Spain and Australia with cannabis) that 'crime' will actually 'go up'? WHATEVER FOR? Do you imagine that criminals actually prefer not making as much money? And that they engage in a behavior MORE the less profit is in it for them???????????? LOL!
