You could save us all a lot of time with a simple abbreviation like 2%T for the 2% thing so you don't have to repeat it another 586 times in full text. As for policy compared to telling little old ladies they are going to be killed, that's your moral decision. I find it pretty warped but I have a little old lady for a mother. Fortunately she is not stupid enough to believe the bullshit being spewed by the wingers on this issue. But many people do - you think they sleep well at night with what Sarah and Newt and Chuck are sticking in their heads?
