Very true or else why else are people branding the Republican party the Party of No. I suppose the two Sen. from Maine will support and they may have to fly in Ted to get the 60 votes.

If the Dems do this right and make clear that the Rs are simply being obstructionist, the Rs won't dare filibuster. After all, the congressional Rs current poll ratings are in the low 20s.
