I think that you are mistaken. It's about "better" medical care by means of power and control of everyone's life because centralized control is what works best. The former is the objective; the latter is the means.


You are as wrong as anyone I have read recently. If centralized control worked best the USSR and China would look very differently than they do today. These are just the two most obvious examples. There are thousands of others.

Put doctors and patients in control of the medical decisions. We do not need a government rationing board to tell us we don't meet the quality years of life remaining standards to receive that procedure. The thing about rationing is that it keeps getting ratcheted down. The death spiral keeps getting tighter.
